The library's 6,500 volume collection, focusing on the Religions of Asia and in particular Buddhism and Taoism, counts over 3,000 works in Japanese, 3,000 works in English and French as well as works in Chinese, Korean and other Asian languages.
The ISEAS collection, located in the same building, holds an additional 5,000 volumes primarily in Western languages, covering various aspects of Japanese and Chinese studies.
